At the Threshold devotion: Sunday March 23

Share: A moment from today when you felt close to God, and a moment when you felt far from God.

Ponder: Are there things in your life that you need forgiveness for? What would it take for you to experience God’s forgiving grace?

Read: Psalm 51.1-3, 6, 12:

Have mercy on me, O God,
according to your steadfast love;

according to your abundant mercy blot out my transgressions.

Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity,
and cleanse me from my sin.

For I know my transgressions,
and my sin is ever before me.

You desire truth in the inward being; therefore teach me wisdom in my secret heart.

Pray: God, help me to see myself clearly. Help me to see who you see when you look at me. Help me to be the person you made me to be. Help me to walk with you every day. Amen.
