Good Friday worship service

Good Friday is a service of shadows, often called "Tenebrae." This year, as we journey through Mark's telling of the story, we find that Peter is the character representing us (the reader and future disciples). Our Holy Week services will help us reflect on our place in the story through a narrative that could have been Peter's.

The service involves darkness, silence, prayer, and songs of lament, as we reflect on the emotional and spiritual reality of Christ's crucifixion and death, and what it means for us to follow him.
